Part 01  ·  DraGuardSecurity & guarding teams

Know what's happening on site, in real time.

What it does

Guards' phones become a private radio channel with a panic button. One press alerts every guard on the channel plus the duty manager, naming the guard and their site, and logging it automatically. It runs alongside the radios you already have. No hardware to replace.

Who's using it

In daily use by Dragan Security, a working guarding company, on both iOS and Android.

The guards picked it up in a day. It works properly with our push-to-talk earpieces, which is what actually matters on a shift.

Part 02  ·  GarageProAuto-repair shops

Stop losing hours to paperwork.

What it does

Jobs move across a visual board instead of a whiteboard. Mechanics tap in at a kiosk instead of logging in. A shop-floor TV shows live status. Quotes and invoices generate as PDFs against a paid / unpaid ledger.

Who's using it

Six months of continuous daily use, running the workshop at an auto-repair garage in France.

1,000+customers

Part 03  ·  Pontaj ProTimesheets & shifts

Prove who was working, and when.

What it does

Staff clock in and out from their phone, with location checked at that moment. Time-off requests and shift swaps are handled in the app. Managers see who's on right now.

Where it stands

Built and proven end to end: a company can register itself and onboard its whole team by invite code, without me touching anything. Not yet sold to anyone, so the first business to use it gets priced accordingly.

What's built
  • Clock-in geofence of 50–250 m, set per branch
  • GPS position taken at the moment of clock-in
  • Automatic reminder 30 minutes before each shift
  • Per-employee timesheet-history screen

What happens nextCall, quote, build, yours

From a call to something you own.

  1. The call

Twenty minutes, no pitch. You describe the job eating your week. If software isn't the answer, I'll tell you.

  2. A fixed quote, in writing

One price for the whole build, agreed before anything starts. No hourly billing, no invoice you didn't expect.

  3. The build

You see it working as it goes, not at the end. Changes while it's in progress are part of the price.

  4. It's yours

Source code, data, all of it. 90 days of fixes included after delivery.

Not answered here?Ask on the call

Who actually builds it?
One developer, start to finish: the same person you have the call with. No agency, no handoff, no offshore team.
Is my data kept separate from other businesses?
Yes. Each customer gets their own dedicated deployment: single-tenant by design, not a shared database with a filter on it.
Does it work without a desk, or offline?
GaragePro and Pontaj Pro are installable PWAs that keep working through a dropped connection, syncing when it returns. DraGuard is a native app for iOS and Android, built for exactly that kind of field use.
Can it take card payments?
GaragePro generates invoices and tracks paid / unpaid status. It does not capture card payments itself.
What does it cost to run?
A simple site for a small business can run for free. Anything that needs real compute or paid APIs is priced with the build, so you know the running cost before you commit.
How long does it take?
Per-product delivery windows. I set a firm date with you on the call, before anything is signed.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. Your data lives in your own deployment, not a shared database, and every product has built-in export and delete, so you can answer an access or erasure request yourself. Hosting is your choice, including hosting it yourself.
What happens after launch, with support and fixes?
90 days of fixes are included after delivery, at no extra cost. After that, and for any new feature or change, I quote the work before I start it, so you never get a surprise invoice.
